Directions for Use:

1. Lay the castor oil pack flat with the soft organic cotton side facing up.
2. Apply 1–2 tablespoons of high-quality, certified organic castor oil (such as Vrindavan) onto the centre of the cotton fabric, keeping it away from the outer edges.
3. Place the pack directly over your liver area (right side of the abdomen, underneath the rib cage) or across your lower abdomen.
4. Secure the adjustable straps comfortably around your body.
5. For enhanced comfort and absorption, place a warm hot water bottle or heating pad on top of the waterproof outer layer. Compress for a minimum of 30–60 minutes while relaxing.
6. After use, store the wrap in its calico bag. The cotton insert can be reused several times before washing.
