Refund Policy
At Soltree Wholefoods, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we're here to help.
Returns
- You have 10 days from the date of receipt to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Certain products (such as perishable goods, custom-made items, or health/hygiene-related products) are non-returnable. Please check product descriptions for more information.
Refunds
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@soltreewholefoods.com.au with details and proof of the defect/damage.
Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as processing time may vary.
