Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after purchase.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options, but we may get in touch with you to revise postage costs for bulky items:

Domestic Shipping (Within Australia):

  • Standard Shipping: 7-10 Days | Flat rate of $15.
  • Express Shipping: 1-4 Days | Flat rate of $20.

International Shipping (Outside Australia):

  • Not available

Shipping Providers

We use reliable shipping providers like Australia Post to ensure your package is safely delivered to your door. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please use this number to track your order's progress via our shipping carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, postal service delays, or customs hold-ups. If your package is delayed, please reach out to us at contact@soltreewholefoods.com.au, and we will do our best to assist you.

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Verify the shipping address provided with your order.
  2. Check with neighbours or household members to see if they accepted the package.
  3. Contact the shipping provider with your tracking number for more information.

If you still can't locate the package, contact us at contact@soltreewholefoods.com.au within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you in locating or replacing the missing package.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to Australia.  Unfortunately, we do not ship to any other countries.
