How to Use:

• Placement: Position the saturated pack gently over your chosen target area—such as the right side of your abdomen below the ribcage or across the lower pelvic region. Secure the adjustable straps around your torso.
• Add Soothing Heat: For a deeply comforting experience, place a warm hot water bottle or a heated wheat pack over the waterproof outer layer. Relax completely and leave the compress in place for a minimum of 30–60 minutes.

Washing & Care Instructions:

• Wash the organic cotton insert and compress wrap by hand in hot water mixed with 1–2 tablespoons of baking soda to effectively break down the natural oils.
• Once the oil is neutralized, rinse thoroughly and machine wash on a warm, gentle cycle with a mild, plant-based detergent. Air dry completely before storing. Do not tumble dry or bleach.
