This slow process significantly improves digestibility and nutrient availability. The resulting hearty, nutty flavour and robust texture ensure your sauces cling perfectly.

These Spelt Shells are a fantastic, nutrient-dense choice, being a good source of Protein and Dietary Fibre. They are ASP Certified Sustainable, meaning the entire supply chain—from the local grain grown next to the Wholegrain Mill in Gunnedah, Northern NSW, to the final product—is fully traceable and free from GMOs and residues. The pasta is slowly fermented over 18 hours, slow air-dried over 16 hours, and bronze extruded to give it a rough surface that holds onto rich sauces beautifully.
