How to Use
Mix 1 scoop (approx. 10g) into water, juice, or a smoothie 1 to 2 times per day. Add the powder before the liquid for better mixing, and drink quickly as the high-fibre content causes it to thicken in water.

Precautions: Not recommended during pregnancy or while exclusively breastfeeding (generally safe after the baby is 6 months). Not recommended if using hormonal contraceptives (such as the oral contraceptive pill, implant devices, or injections), as it may decrease their contraceptive action. Safe to use with IUDs.
