• Micro-Pore Filtration: Features a 0.2 to 0.5-micron pore size, effectively filtering out rust, sediment, suspended solids, and bacteria that are often too small for standard filters.
• Nano Silver Technology: Infused with Nano Silver particles which act as a natural antibacterial agent, helping to inhibit the growth of bacteria, mould, and algae within the filter dome.
• Initial Stage Purification: Acts as the primary physical barrier in your ALPS system, significantly extending the life of the secondary 10-stage filter cartridge.

How to Use

• Installation: Carefully remove the old dome and screw the new ceramic dome into the top tank of your ALPS water filter system. Ensure the washer is seated correctly to prevent leaks.
• Priming: Before full use, run water through the dome and discard the first few litres of filtered water to clear any loose ceramic dust.
• Maintenance: If the water flow slows down significantly, remove the dome and gently scrub the surface with a clean, soft scouring pad under running water (do not use soap or detergents).
• Replacement Cycle: For optimal performance and hygiene, it is recommended to replace the ceramic dome every 12 months, or sooner if the dome becomes heavily discoloured or thinned from cleaning.

Storage Instructions

Keep in a cool, dry place in its original packaging until ready for use. Avoid dropping or applying heavy pressure, as the ceramic material is delicate and can crack if mishandled.
