What are Buckies? Buckies are our name for these Activated Buckwheat crunchy bundles of goodness – and they don't go soggy when you add your favourite milk. Buckies are not made from wheat; in fact, they are not even a grain. They are a protein-packed seed!

How to Use:

• Cold: Simply enjoy with your favourite milk (soon to be pink!), dollop with yoghurt and fresh fruit, sprinkle them on top of smoothie bowls, or munch on them straight as a tasty snack.
• Warm: Add a ¼ cup of buckies to ¾ cup of your favourite milk and heat gently for a comforting, warm breakfast.

Why is Activation Good For Me?
