What are Buckies? Buckies are our name for these Activated Buckwheat crunchy bundles of goodness – and they don't go soggy when you add your favourite milk. Buckies are not made from wheat; in fact, they are not even a grain. They are a protein-packed seed!

How to Use:

• Cold: Simply enjoy with your favourite milk, dollop with yoghurt and fresh fruit, sprinkle them on top of smoothie bowls, or munch on them straight as a tasty snack.
• Warm: Add a ¼ cup of buckies to ¾ cup of your favourite milk and heat gently for a comforting, warm breakfast.

Why is Activation Good For Me? Most cereals are puffed or toasted under extreme heat or pressure, which destroys their nutrients. We prefer to make the most of our ingredients, so we activate them. This starts with the sprouting process, removing the enzyme inhibitors and making nutrients available to nourish your body.
