How to Use

• For a Single Serve Drink: Add approximately 1 tbsp. (10g) to your choice of hot or cold liquid (tea, coffee, juice). You can "bloom" the gelatin first by mixing it with a small amount of cold water if you prefer.

• To Make a Set Gelatin: "Bloom" the gelatin by adding approximately ¼ cup of gelatin (40g) to ½ cup of water (1:2 ratio) and stir until an even texture is achieved. Add the bloomed gelatin to 250mL of any hot liquid with your desired flavouring and stir until dissolved. Pour into a mould and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set. For a softer set, reduce the amount of gelatin; for a firmer set, increase it.

Gelatin needs to undergo a washing process as part of its refinement which results in sulphur dioxide residues. Sulphur dioxide has not been added to the final product.
