Soltree's Matcha Bliss Balls Mixture

Makes 10 large balls or 20 small balls
Ingredients:
Option 1 - Chocolate coated
Option 1- Matcha Coconut mix
Add the matcha powder to a separate bowl, and add the coconut, mix these two ingredients together until well combined, roll balls through the mixture and store in the fridge or freezer.
Option 2- Chocolate coated
Melt down Vegan Chocolate Buttons in a bowl sitting on a pot with water boiling at the bottom, don't let the bottom of your bowl touch the water.
Once melted let cool slightly, then roll the balls one by one in the chocolate, using a fork to place them on a tray, cover fork mark with a sprinkle of the coconut matcha mix!
Freeze for 1 hour and then either store in fridge or freezer or serve immediately.

Ingredients:
- 1 x jar of Soltree Matcha Bliss Ball Mixture (approx 650g)
- 1/4 cup organic coconut oil (melted) - add in more if you need
Option 1 - Chocolate coated
- 120g Organic Vegan Chocolate Buttons
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 tsp Organic Premium grade Matcha powder
- 1 1/4 cup Blanched Almonds or Raw Organic Cashews
- 1 cup organic desiccated coconut
- 9 large organic Medjool dates (pips removed)
- 2/3 cup organic cranberries (114g)
- 2 -3 tsp Organic Premium grade Matcha powder(18g)
- Blend together all ingredients in a high speed food processor for roughly 5 mins or until mixture is a smooth sticky consistency.
- Roll the mixture into 20 small balls or roll into 10 large balls.
