Ingredients:
- 1 Jar of Soltree Chocolate Brownie Mixture in a jar (approx 600g)
- 2 Eggs
- 1/3 cup (50g) unsalted butter melted (if you are dairy free swap this for a vegan spread)
- 1/4 cup Cacao Powder Raw Organic
- 1 and 2/3 Cup Blanched Almond Flour
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Sugar Organic
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder Aluminium Free
- 1/2 tsp Himalayan Fine Pink Salt
- 1/2 cup Walnuts
- 1/2 Cup Pecans
- 1 cup Dark Chocolate Buttons Vegan Organic
- Empty contents of Jar into a food processor, and pulse for 30secs to break up the nuts and chocolate buttons (skip this step if you prefer a more oozy and chunky brownie)
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and butter together until creamy.
- Add the dry and wet ingredients together and stir until fully combined.
- Flatten out mixture onto a 20cm square baking tray about 2cm thick
- Bake for 15 min at 175 Celsius fan forced.
- Allow to cool for 20mins and then slice and enjoy
